Carlton Byrd is a Managing Director at American Triple I (ATI), a New York based Infrastructure Investment Manager and the second largest equity owner in the $4.2 Billion redevelopment of JFK Terminal 6 with JFK Millennium Partners (JMP)

Carlton began his career at Goldman Sachs in equity capital markets and brings over 25-years of advising institutional investors and other stakeholders in areas such as US and emerging market infrastructure, real assets, private equity, and hedge funds.

A veteran and former government executive, Carlton also served as a Naval Officer during the first Gulf War and managed the asset manager MWBE participation program for the U.S. Treasury during the global financial crisis.

Carlton holds both a systems engineering and finance degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.
