Over the last 25 years, Jesse has held a variety of leadership positions in the Office of Airports, and is the current Manager of the FAA’s Texas Airports District Office. He is also currently a member of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Implementation Team, assisting in FAA’s roll out of critical airport infrastructure investment funding for our nation’s airports.  

 

Jesse previously served as the Manager of the Airport Improvement Program in Headquarters, where he managed the daily operations of our $3.35 billion grant program.  Outside his Headquarters experience, Jesse served as both the manager of the FAA’s Great Lakes & Southern Regions Planning and Programming Branches, and is the former Manager of the Minneapolis Airports District Office (ADO).  Jesse has also been a Part 139 certification/safety inspector earlier in his FAA career, and worked as an investigator in FAA’s Security Division.

 

Jesse holds a degree in Business Aviation from Parks College of St. Louis University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Finance.
