Mr. Baylis is the Director of Strategy & Business Development for CI² Aviation, Inc. Operating over 23 years, CI² Aviation is an award-winning aerospace, engineering, professional services and financial services firm that operates air traffic control towers in the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and St. Croix. CI² Aviation’s experience includes weather forecasting, air-field maintenance, maintenance of navigational aids, maintenance of meteorological systems, air traffic control, systems and network engineering, software development, data science and analytics, and financial and administrative services.

As the chief strategist for CI² Aviation, Mr. Baylis is responsible for developing and advancing the organization’s strategic direction. This including establishing growth priorities, leading all business development initiatives, strengthening CI² Aviation’s existing operations, and diversifying the company’s offerings.

Mr. Baylis is a member of the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) scholarship committee, the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) US Contract Tower Policy Board, and a member of the Young Patrons Board at Arena Stage in Washington DC. 

Mr. Baylis received his BBA from Tennessee State University and his MBA from Georgetown University McDonough  School of Business.
