Tennille L. Blackwell is a Senior Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration with 21+ years of business, budget, financial, program, acquisition, and human resource management experience. She currently serves as the Senior Business Manager for the Air Traffic Organization’s Technical Operations Facilities and Engineering Services’ Directorate. She provides policy and guidance oversight for 1700 federal employees and a $1.6B annual budget.

She serves as a career mentor and coach.  She thoroughly enjoys helping people map out their career goals and development plans. She strives to meet people where they are and help them achieve the necessary steps to get to where they would like to grow and develop in their careers.

In addition to her leadership role at the FAA, she also serves in leadership at her local church and in collaboration with many community organizations.
