Jan Farris

Jan Farris is the Founder and CEO of Jan Farris Consulting, LLC (JFC) – a full-service marketing firm specializing in the management and production of creative and true custom proposals. Jan founded the firm in 2021 after a successful and long career with a prime retail concessionaire.

The JFC team consists of writers, graphic designers and project managers all sharing the same focus and drive. As a strategic partner, the Company brings technical and strategy consultancy benefiting every client throughout each opportunity. They continuously seek opportunities to grow as a team, so together they can create a healthy culture. Their hard work, creativity, and positivity have been a large part of their success, but a solid shared vision has allowed them to reach great heights. Their success includes managing the production of responsive and awarded proposals within airports and other governmental sectors across the nation.

Prior to forming JFC, Jan had the great honor to represent the Marshall Family, the founders of Marshall Retail Group for nearly twenty years. While she enjoyed her time at Marshall Retail Group, as it allowed Jan to flourish in many ways and excel in whatever she put her mind, heart, and passion into, Jan is proud of this new adventure and looking forward to continuing her personal and professional growth.
