Andy is an airport concessions industry thought leader with more than 26 years’ experience planning, developing, and managing airport dining and shopping programs at more than 40 North American airports. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Airport Restaurant & Retail Association, the trade association of U.S. airport restaurant and retail concessionaires. ARRA’s mission is to collaborate with the airport community to promote sound business policies that help concessions businesses achieve financial success as they elevate the travel experience.
Prior to ARRA, Andy worked at Paradies Lagardère, Hojeij Branded Foods, and led the retail practice of Unison Consulting. Andy has BA and Master of Management degrees from Northwestern University.
