Huy Pham, Founder and CEO of Innovative Retail Group LLC (IRG) and Phamtastic Concessions LLC, brings over two decades of experience transforming airport dining and retail across the country. A visionary leader in the concessions industry, Mr. Pham and his joint venture partners have built a national portfolio of more than 54 locations—including 20 at Denver International Airport (DEN), 12 at Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP), 13 at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW), and 9 locations coming soon at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

Through IRG, Phamtastic Concessions, and their joint venture partners, Mr. Pham has cultivated partnerships with renowned local and national brands, including Mercantile Dining & Provision, Bar Dough, Mister Oso, Modern Market, WH Smith, Aviano Coffee, and Mizu Izakaya. Together, these ventures have redefined airport dining by combining operational excellence, local authenticity, and traveler convenience.

Across his career, Mr. Pham and his partners have earned multiple industry accolades, including “Best New Concept” for Modern Market and recognition from the James Beard Foundation for collaborations with award-winning chefs. A certified minority business owner with ACDBE and SBEC certifications in multiple states, Mr. Pham continues to lead both Innovative Retail Group and Phamtastic Concessions, focusing on innovation, partnership, and quality—shaping a new era of airport hospitality where community and travel meet seamlessly.
