Isela Toledo

Isela started her aviation journey at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) as an intern and supported the Chief Information Office (CIO). A quick study, Isela learned about the airport ecosystem and all it was comprised of, and eventually earned the opportunity to learn about concessions and upcoming renovation projects. Isela joined LAWA’s Concessions Team as Special Projects Coordinator and supported LAWA’s concession planning and strategy while administering RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, concession agreements, policies, board reports, commissioner requests and more. Isela’s enthusiasm afforded her the opportunity to serve as the Commercial Division’s Innovation Ambassador, supporting innovative opportunities including the launch of the LAX Order Now program powered by Servy. Isela’s positivity and work ethic landed her in a great position to be offered to join Servy as Head of Airport Partnerships where she managed airport relationships, program launches and supported marketing initiatives in North America and Australia, while also contributing to RFP responses and business development efforts. It was through relationships developed at Servy and AMAC that Isela learned about an opportunity with Hudson and joined the team serving as Director of Strategic Alliances. Isela enjoyed working closely with 200+ ACDBEs and was exposed to federal rules and regulations that introduced her to compliance and JV monitoring. With Hudson, Isela experienced firsthand the nuances of partnering with small businesses, and provided education to entrepreneurs who were interested in bringing their business or product to an airport. Today, Isela serves the Ontario International Airport (ONT) as Director of Business Opportunities, bringing awareness, education and support to small and local businesses regarding upcoming opportunities. As ONT’s first Director of Business Opportunities, Isela will aid in developing the department and support FAA compliance requirements while championing for opportunities.
