James Belle

Mr. James Belle is an Airport Dining & Retail Program Manager with the Port of Seattle at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Prior to joining the ADR Team at SEA, James managed complex dining and retail programs and served as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) with the US Air Force, US Naval Academy, and National Security Agency. James leverages his expertise and wisdom to iterate and innovate solutions that amplify cultural storytelling via contracting with emerging retail consumer-packaged goods brands and food & beverage artisans.
