Justina Mann

Justina Mann is a dynamic leader with over twenty years of experience in strategic sourcing and government contract management. She excels in developing procurement roadmaps with strategies for successful market engagement, as well as negotiation, evaluation, and delivery of projects within complex regulatory environments.

Her expertise includes leading teams in process redesign, effective communication across organizational boundaries, and skills in process improvement, change management, and performance measurement. She has worked directly for several airports over the last 15 years, including Atlanta, Houston and Dallas. She has also consulted with several airports through Blue Ink Group to enhance operational efficiency, centralize procurement, and foster strategic partnerships for her clients in the aviation and public sectors.

An At-Large Director for AMAC, where she also Chairs Chapters Development Committee, Justina is known for her relationship management skills, focusing on consensus building and win-win negotiations. She is also President-Elect for the National Forum for Black Public Administrators.
