Kay Jefferson

Kay Jefferson is the Vice President of Business Development for Skanska USA Building Operations in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic marketing, community engagement, and operations, and more than a decade in the AEC industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

Before joining Skanska, Kay held significant positions including Vice President of Business and Community Development at CareerSource Tampa Bay, Director of Business Services at Jacobsen|Daniels, and Vice President of Operations at VoltAir Consulting Engineers.

Kay is actively involved in her community, serving on the WorkSource Atlanta Board of Directors and participating in organizations such as the AMAC Atlanta Chapter,  Cobb County Chamber, and the Council for Quality Growth in Atlanta. She is also dedicated to supporting local apprenticeship initiatives, ACE mentorship, and small business development.
A native of Florida, Kay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising from Florida State University.
